Are you interested to learn about crime and crime prevention in your neighborhood? Rosemead residents and businesses in Reporting District 0531 and 0536 (Strang Avenue, Valley Boulevard, Charlotte Avenue, and the 10 Freeway) are invited to attend an in-person Community Area Watch Meeting held at Rosemead Community Center on Thursday, April 17, 2025, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. This event is hosted by the City of Rosemead Public Safety Department in partnership with the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department, Temple Station Special Assignment Team.

The Community Area Watch Meeting is an opportunity to meet our Rosemead Chief of Police Lt. Tiwari, the Special Assignment Deputy who patrols 0531 and 0536, Code Enforcement Officers, and the Public Safety Team. In addition, at this meeting, the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department will share valuable insights about crime prevention strategies and discuss the various resources available for individuals’ experiencing homelessness in our community.
