Draft 2025-2025 Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report (CAPER)
The City of Rosemead is preparing to adopt its 2024-2025 Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report. In accordance with the requirements set forth by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), these draft documents are available for public review. A 15-day period for public commentary will commence on August 28, 2025, and continue through September 11, 2025. Copies of the draft documents can be accessed for public review in the link below as well as at City Hall, located at 8838 East Valley Boulevard, Rosemead, CA 91770.
